This Privacy Policy explains how Parallax PR, LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit our website, use our mobile application, participate in our programs and community, attend our events, or otherwise interact with us.
If you have questions, contact us at info@sovereigndentist.com.
We do not intentionally collect health information, patient data, or any information subject to HIPAA. Please do not submit patient information to us or share it in our community.
We use personal information to:
We do not sell your personal information for money.
We share information with:
We do not share your information with other members except as you choose to share it yourself within the community.
We use Google Analytics, Google Ads, and the Meta Pixel to understand how people find and use our site, to measure the performance of our advertising, and to show ads to people likely to be interested in our programs.
These tools use cookies and similar technologies to collect information about your activity on our site and, in some cases, across other sites and apps. Under several state privacy laws this may be considered “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising or “targeted advertising,” even though we receive no money for it.
Your choices:
Opting out does not mean you stop seeing ads. It means the ads you see are less likely to be based on your activity.
Email. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any message. We may still send transactional messages about your account, billing, or enrollment.
Text messages. If you opt in, we may send you program reminders, scheduling messages, and occasional marketing texts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of purchase.
We do not share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember your preferences, understand usage, and support advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling some may affect how the site works.
You can opt out of advertising and analytics cookies at any time using the Your Privacy Choices link in our website footer.
Our app collects the information described above, and additionally:
You can delete your account and associated data directly within the app. You may also request deletion by contacting info@sovereigndentist.com.
The app is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Those platforms collect their own information under their own privacy policies.
Group calls, coaching sessions, and events are recorded. Recordings may capture your voice, image, name, and anything you say or share, including information about your practice, finances, team, and business dealings.
Recordings are retained in a library. Completed recordings are added to a permanent library available to current members. This means:
We use recordings to deliver program content to members. We will not use a recording of you in public marketing without your permission.
Your choices. If you prefer not to appear in a recording, tell us in advance and we will accommodate that where practical — for example, by keeping your camera off or arranging for a portion of a session to go unrecorded. If you would like a specific contribution removed, contact us at info@sovereigndentist.com and we will do what is technically practical. Because recordings capture group conversations, it is not always possible to remove one participant without destroying the recording’s value to others, and we may not be able to honor every request.
Please use judgment about what you share on a recorded call. Do not share patient information, information you are contractually obligated to keep confidential, or details you would not want available to future members.
Members are not permitted to record sessions themselves or to share recordings outside the group.
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services and for legitimate business and legal purposes.
If you ask us to delete your information, we will do so unless we are required or permitted to keep it — for example, tax and payment records, records needed to defend a legal claim, or records of your request to stop receiving marketing.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, and we rely on established platforms that maintain their own security programs. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
To exercise any of these, email info@sovereigndentist.com with your request and the email address associated with your account. We will verify your identity before responding, and we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Authorized agents. You may designate someone to make a request on your behalf. We may ask for proof of authorization.
Appeals. If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our response with the word “Appeal.” If your appeal is denied, U.S. residents may contact their state attorney general, and Canadian residents may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
In the past twelve months, we have collected the categories of personal information described in Section 1, including identifiers, commercial information, internet activity, approximate geolocation, audio and visual information from recorded sessions, and professional information. We collect it from the sources and for the purposes described in Sections 1 and 2, and disclose it to the categories of recipients described in Section 3.
We do not sell personal information for money. We may share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as described in Section 4, and you may opt out as described there.
We do not knowingly collect or sell the personal information of anyone under 16.
We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes beyond those permitted without a right to limit.
We are based in the United States and process information here. If you are in Canada, your personal information will be transferred to and stored in the United States, where it may be accessible to U.S. courts and government authorities under U.S. law.
By providing your information, you consent to this transfer and to our collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in this Policy. You may withdraw consent for non-essential uses at any time by contacting us, though this may affect our ability to provide the Services.
You have the right to access and correct your personal information. To make a request, or to raise a concern about how we handle your information, contact us at info@sovereigndentist.com.
Commercial electronic messages. We send marketing emails and texts to Canadian recipients only with consent. Every marketing message identifies us, includes our contact information, and provides a working unsubscribe mechanism. We honor unsubscribe requests promptly.
Our Services are intended for adults aged 18 and over and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
